Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival

Flecktones

Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival gives you 12 hours and 25 bands for $35.
Multi-Grammy award-winning Béla Fleck and the Flecktones headline this year’s festival, where you’ll hear the best banjo playing in the world. Tangleweed (not to be confused with the summer music festival) take the string band to a new level with their tight-knit performances. The Giving Tree Band are pioneering “eco-billy” with their combination of old time folk and a new CD completely created with solar power and recycled packaging.
The blues is loved in Mexico too - check out the San Miguel de Allende Jazz and Blues Festival.
