Al Bustan International Festival of Music and the Arts

Al Bustan

Lebanon is calling.
Since its inception in 1994, the Al Bustan International Festival of Music and the Arts has proven that despite years of war, Lebanon can emerge to host one of the best classical music and arts festivals today.
This year’s theme is “Along the Danube to the Black Sea”. The Sofia Soloists perform music by Bartók and Mozart, accompanied by avant-garde clarinetist Lone Madsen. The Tbilisi State Opera Symphony Orchestra will accompany a stellar group of virtuosos including pianist Denis Kozhukhin and cellist Gautier Capuçon. And, you can cool down with some late night jazz with Triosence.
Want to sing-a-long? Music Director of the festival, Gianluca Marciano invites you to join the festival’s choir (no experience required) for a performance and celebratory dinner afterwards.
