James Long: The Photographic Memory

James LongJames Long is a writer, performer and co-artistic director of Theatre Replacement, based in Vancouver, Canada. He will perform in the theatre piece Clark and I Somewhere in Connecticut at the 2010 PuSh International Performing Arts Festival. The piece revolves around a found suitcase of photo albums and explores questions of memory, the value of remembering, and the process of finding the people in the photographs.

In this interview James talks about how this work was created along with Rumble Productions, allegations of copyright infringement, and the arts funding crisis in Canada.
