Splendid Sun Productions has announced the return of West by Southwest (WXSW) — bigger, better, and louder than ever. WXSW presented by Imperial showcases more than fifty bands over two weeks with every show being free and open to the public (all shows are 18+).
“To discover new music and experience live performances that are about to break is what music fans live for, and El Paso is full of fans,” said Zach Paul of Splendid Sun Productions. “Thanks to the incredible support from Imperial, these shows are completely free of charge ensuring that everyone gets a chance to see the next big thing now.” The lineup features local, regional and national bands from a wide array of genres. All shows will take place at The Lowbrow Palace or The Black Market. Entry is open to everyone 18 years and older and no ticket is needed.
As the official beer of WXSW, Imperial will be featured nightly at both venues. The sponsorship is an extension of Splendid Sun Production’s partnership with LaMantia family, owners of L&F; Distributors, and Anheuser-Busch, which made Budweiser the official beer of Neon Desert Music Festival. Proceeds from WXSW presented by Imperial will benefit Stars Scholarship Fund (see below).
