Festival Description

Le Festival de Théâtre Francophone (FêTèF) is open to all amateur theater groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries that include Turkish troops, Slovak, Serbian, Romanian, Montenegrin, Croatian and French. Bosnia and Herzegovina since the signing of the Dayton Accords December 14, 1995, must live in a fragile peace where people are still suffering the repercussions due to ethnic cleansing between 1992 and 1995.

In the future, we would like to develop theater workshops in French in many cities of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Bosnian invite practitioners to support practical workshops to create drama groups in schools, universities and associations.

The final meeting will take place in Mostar will be an opportunity for all children, adolescents and adults participants spent two days together without focusing on ethnic differences. I’ve seen over the past four years in this country, that this type of exchange actually promotes contact between the youth and allows them to go from theater bases and playful, not ethnic.
