Festival Description

WICF brings together women and men from all walks of comedy: Improv, sketch, stand up, musical comedy, and storytelling. WICF gives Boston audiences a chance to see both local and nationally known comedians and attend our free headliner panels. Industry attends to scout terrific talent. Performers come for the opportunity to perform, network, and attend workshops and free panels.

Our goal is to close the gender gap in comedy. Our festival is open to show and workshop submissions from people of all genders, races, and religions. We accept applications from international performers as well, but are unable to pay for travel.

Festival Dates March 21 - 24, 2013
