An annual festival devoted mainly to the music and dance of the Marwar region. This is a festival that allows the visitor to understand and enjoy the folk traditions of this part of the state. Scores of folk dancers bring myths and legends to life in a showcase for traditional music and dance of the old Marwar region. Other attractions at the festival include a camel tattoo show and polo. The impressive Umaid Bhawan Palace, Mandore and Mehrangarh Fort provide the ideal venue for the cultural extravaganza, and many other competitions also take place.
