Noise Pop
San Francisco is the birthplace of so many cultural transformations - from flower power to inspiring politics. Did you know that the city by the bay also provides a launch pad for the best in Indie Music and Art?
For twenty years (is it possible?) Noise Pop has celebrated the most influential cutting edge musicians, artists, and filmmakers.
This year, Noise Pop brings back bands that have played in earlier years. Highlights include North Carolina indie rockers Archers of Loaf. Built to Spill tore up indie music in the 1990s and they are back with new material to follow up 2009’s There Is No Enemy.
Want to dance? Move on over to experimental pop band Born Gold.
What could be better than a week in San Francisco while the city hums with the latest cultural beats?
