Inbar Bakal: Song of Songs

Born to Iraqi and Yemenite parents, Inbar Bakal combines traditional Yemenite and Jewish songs with modern arrangements and lush singing in her debut album, Song of Songs.

In this interview Inbar talks about how she decided to focus on music and performance, how her background has influenced her work, and why her service in the Israeli military prepared her well for dealing with the music industry in the U.S.
