Khris Royal: A Funky Journey

Khris Royal & Dark Matter is a young alternative funk band steeped in jazz flavors on the forefront of the NOLA music scene. Emerging from a revitalized New Orleans, Khris has headlined local music meccas and national music festivals, including Bear Creek Music Festival and Hangout.

In this podcast we talk with Khris about his journey out of and then back to New Orleans, an upcoming album, and why it is important to listen to all kinds of music. Khris Royal & Dark Matter will be at the Blues and Funk Festival in North Adams, MA on February 2.
