One of the most intriguing performances at the Melbourne Festival this year is a piece titled Journeys of Love & More Love, by Ali Zaidi and produced by acclaimed British theatre company motiroti. It’s described as “a heady mix of food, video and theatre… biography as shared experience; a well-catered tribute to the people, places, loves and meals that come together to make up a life”.

The menu tracks Ali’s journey from Bombay to Lahore to London with a sequence of dishes that reflect his life in each of those places. Rather than offering one recipe, we invite you to share the menu for a meal that reflects your own life’s journey. Comment away.
