At Wilderness Festival, the gastronomic experience is an important part of your experience. As part of the Feasts & Banquets program, they’ve invited some of London’s most noted chefs to come and create dining experiences. You can sign up for some pretty amazing lunches or dinners, including a Venetian lunch care of Russell Norman and his team at Polpo. For dinner, head to the Souk Dining Tent, where Sam and Sam Clark serve a Moorish-inspired meal that features whole split-roasted lamb from Cornbury Park itself.

With all this great food, all you really need to prepare is a refreshing cocktail to start things off. Raise a toast to all things wild with this lovely refreshing Gimlet.
