Between the Lines is a part of the BAM Next Wave Festival where creative thinkers, storytellers and drinkers from different disciplines come together for an evening to talk about our place in the 21st century. This year the series takes on the politics and philosophy of food in You Are What You Eat. In partnership with Edible Brooklyn, a group of luminaries explore what’s on our plates and how it defines us.

So settle down at a table at BAMcafé and feel free to order something. Just don’t be surprised if people start analyzing why you ordered Buffalo Chicken Wings instead of Croquettes.
