| Festival Description | p>The Mid West Music Fest takes place in Winona, Minnesota annually since 2010. The musicians include of national and international artists include hip hop, rock or bluegrass acts. The roster features 100 acts performing at 13 venues. Each year a portion of the festival proceeds benefit local charities that support children and/or the arts. |
