Festival Description

The annual UUMUNTU CULTURAL FESTIVAL first took place in 2011. The events are held at The National Museums of Kenya and features a two day platform to encourage our youth to be cultural ambassadors in the promotion and preservation of our rich cultural heritage through the performing arts. The theme of the 2012 Festival is “Our Diversity, Our Strength” — which will showcase the best of traditional/contemporary dance by youth groups within Nairobi County.

Festival Dates October 6 - 7, 2012
