| Festival Description | “Sonar North American Tour”’ is a travelling event taking place on one night and in a single space, in venues with a capacity of between 2,000 and 4,000 people. Sonar adapts the spirit and personality of the festivals it organizes in various countries to a concert hall, combining live shows with DJ sessions and audiovisual creation. Sonar comes to the US and Canada at a time when the region has become one of the most dynamic markets for live electronic music events, with significant prospects for growth. In this context, Sonar aims to create its own niche, giving the emerging North American scene a new type of live show with the distinguishing features that have made Sonar a leading brand at music’s cutting edge overt the last 20 years: a kaleidoscopic, open and cosmopolitan perspective of all the ideas and trends that make up the vast panorama of electronic culture. |
