| Festival Description | Since 2006 the annual Scarborough Literature Festival has brought together Britain’s notable authors and performers in a range of genres that appeal to all ages and interests. The festival is also involved in educational projects with schools, and the Scarborough campus of University of Hull as well as youth services. The aim of the showcases, readings, storytelling, discussions are to encourage and promote the enjoyment of books and reading. |
