| Festival Description | The annual festival of global music has taken place since 1992. The world music that is presented includes artists in traditional and folk music from a range of countries, rock, western classical, Indian classical, Karnatic, Hindustani, Bollywood, Ghazals andd more… The festival has taken place at venues across the globe in 20 countries. Each year the Lakshminarayana International Award is bestowed on an individual whose work is seen as an important contribution to the honoree’s artistic genre. These include eminent artists and creative geniuses. |
