| Festival Description | Só Sligo Food and Culture Festival celebrated its inaugural editin in 2011 with a range of cultural events. The programming features local food and its heritage with food trails including seaweed and fruits of the sea. There is a cooking competition with local, regional and international cooks ranging from amateur to professional. There is plenty of music entertainment, a street party and children’s events. The festival is open to all and made for affordability. |
