| Festival Description | The competitive arts festival has been a long-established part of the community. The categories include vocal, choral, strings, piano, musical theatre and speech arts. The aim of the festival organizers is to promote and support the young performing artists in the community. Musicians include solo, duets, trios and ensembles as well as choral groups; music theatre, music compostion. Details, eligibility requirements and rules may be found on the festival web site. In addition there are competive and non-competitive classes. Entrants must reside in the counties of Strathcona, Beaver, Lamont, and Minburn.
