Festival Description

The Mostly Jazz Festival (now called Mostly Jazz, Funk & Soul Festival) celebrated its inaugural edition in 2010. The three day event features a lineup of artists that celebrate the dynamic grooves, innovation and excitement of the modern jazz, soul and funk movement. The Festival is about showcasing the diversity of the genres in all its' forms. From avant-garde, free and modern through to vocal, song based, fusion and future... It’s also about considering the influence and relationship of black music art-forms — Latin music, jazz, funk and soul.
