Festival Description	The festival takes place during mid winter while school is in session to benefit young jazz students in their artistic and educational development. Aspiring musicans have the opportunity to learn from established jazz artists in a sharing and supportive atmosphere. The competitive festival offers the youth an opportunity to showcase their talents and to enhance the arts and culture of Rockville and the DC region.
