| Festival Description | Pag Art Festival (formerly known as The Summer Festival in the Town of Pag) was founded in 1999 and it has since become a tradition that opens with Lovro Pogorelich’s recital. The Program includes Music, Theatre, Exhibitions, Poetry and Documentary Film screenings. Lovro traces his origin to Pag, and the Festival originated out of his wish to help the cultural development of the town through various artistic projects. Pag is a small renaissance town made of stone that is well-known not only by it’s famous lace, lambs and cheese, but also by the tradition of cultural events. |
