| Festival Description | The first edition of the festival in Luton is a celebration of the arrival of the 2012 Olympic Torch in the Bedfordshire town. There is something for everyone at this unique weekend-long festival which will be one of the biggest events in Luton’s long and proud history. The festival includes school games in venues across Luton followed by fringe events in the evening and a 10,000 capacity music show in the evening. There will be fringe events, along with Mela activities and an evening music show, a parade, and additional entertainment and activities are happening all around the borough throughout the weekend aimed at residents of all tastes, cultures and ages. |
