Festival Description | The Wasawasa Festival is a socially, environmentally, and artistically based initiative that began in 2008. The rich and diverse program includes poetry, visual arts, mural painting, quilting, nature walks, creative writing, storytelling, masi making, bird watching, live music and dance. The festival offer free entrance to the events that include performances, workshops, collaborations and activities for all ages and interests. The aim of the festival is to explore social change, environmentalism custodianship through the arts. |
