Festival Description	The Blue Moon Mountain Bluegrass Festival will celebrate its inaugural edition in Prestonsburg, Kentucky in 2011. The festival is organized by The Scott Organization and will take place at the Prestonburg Equine Center at Stone Crest. The family-friendly festival of bluegrass music will offer enjoyable activities for the whole family. You can listen to music or take part in a game of volley ball or toss the horse shoe.
