| Festival Description | The U.S. Comedy Festival that made its home in Aspen from 1985 to 2007 and solidified Aspen as a comedy destination has retired. The Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival celebrates its inaugural year in 2008 and has picked up the torch with an engergized focus on New Comedy! The Festival’s focus sets its sights on new comedians from throughout the US that include the best up-and-coming talents. The program includes the National College Comedy Competition for emerging talents, Comedic Short Films, Awards Ceremony, VIP events and parties, and more… The festival provides a networking venue and atmosphere for the legends as well as the new-comers to the comedy arena! |
