Festival Description | SAFEhouse presents a new annual festival that highlights the unique contributions of men in the field of Bay Area contemporary dance. This year’s festival is a provocative combination of veteran choreographers including Scott Wells and Eric Kupers from Dandelion Dance Theater; trans-men—Joshua Klipp from Freeplay Dance Crew; and a full slate of emerging choreographers. move(men)t features two programs and promises to become an important new addition to the Bay Area’s cultural landscape. |
