| Festival Description | Hillside Festival is a three-day community-based celebration of music, drumming and the spoken word. The program includes music performances and workshops on five stages; community workshops and demonstrations at their Environmental Expo, Community Tent, Youth Tent and the Women’s Tent. The Drum & Dance Area, Aboriginal Circle and Children’s Area have individual performances as well as workshops and demonstrations. Hillside Festival as part of its green initiative will be promoting and selling their stainless steel water bottles (with the Hillside Festival logo), in order to drastically reduce the number of plastic bottles sold at the festival. Tankers will be supplying free water for refilling these steel bottles. The Festival’s partner in this program is Wellington Water Watchers. For more information please visit |

- This is event is all reserved seating. There are seats available in the stands, on the floor and in the 200 level.
