Festival Description

Toronto's most popular clubs and music halls throw open their doors to industry insiders and the general public to create an electrifying musicfest of discovery. The talented unsigned bands are music to the ears of A&R reps on the lookout for next year's stars. Whether it's the next "big thing" or one of today's hottest concert hitmakers, you'll find what you're looking for at the Festival.

  • Heidi Happy is a Swiss singer of international renown, a multi instrumentalist who has played shows and had radio airplay all over Europe, America and Japan. Her catchy yet unconventional pop music with sophisticated arrangements have been awarded many times over. Whether she plays solo, with her band or with an orchestra, her infectious stage presence has been bringing her a continuously growing fan base. As an in-demand duet partner, she has collaborated with world-famous acts such as Yello and Stephan Eicher. Her forthcoming album On The Hills unites all the good sides of her three previous records and presents Heidi Happy at the peak of her career as an artist.
