| Festival Description | Shanghai Young SDAC Festival is a performing arts festival for children and young people. The festival is hosted by Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center who is the prestigious theatre in producing and presenting contemporary performing arts both home and abroad. Performances included children's theatre, musicals, physical theatre, mime, installation theatre, dance, and creative performances. Festival program will include shows for public and for presenters & professionals, workshops, seminar, outreach progrom in schools and community, cultural tour and festival party. The Festival is an annual event which will take place in Shanghai from the end May to early June, the invited theatres will be on tour to many other regions and cities across China to meet Chinese audiences and professionals. |
