| Festival Description | Splendour in the Grass is an annual alternative music and youth culture event that celebrated its inaugural edition in 2001. Splendour In The Grass is planning to return to Byron Bay for the 2012 event back to where it all started, Belongil Fields in Byron Bay. The festival features a stellar lineup of musicians, local arts and crafts and cuisine. Immerse yourself in the full ‘Splendour experience’ by taking advantage of the on-site camping adjacent to the festival site. A mini version of the festival called the Spin Off Music Festival features some of Splendour’s festival lineup takes place in Adelaide, SA.
