Festival Description | The Temple Bar Cultural Trust’s Dublin Handel Festival celebrate the life and works of George Frideric Handel. The events are always a favourite among Handel fans and Temple Bar Cultural Trust. The popularity of this outdoor event continues to grow every year with families and passers-by joining in and singing-along to the popular Hallelujah Chorus. It takes place in the Old City area of Temple Bar at the original performance site of the old Musick Hall on Fishamble Street, where Messiah premiered on April 13, 1742. |
