Festival Description	In 2010 the festival will return to the beautiful and historic ballroom at the Roosevelt Hotel. The exquisite setting is "where you can enjoy some of the best dancing, the most elegant hotel rooms and finest service that New York City has to offer" according to the festival's web site. No festival will take place in 2009.
