Hammamet, on the north-east point of Tunisia is blessed with golden beaches and a picturesque old town with a fort and medina surrounded by ramparts. Mainly catering to the tourist trade, many locals are also fishermen and you may see their brightly painted boats setting off every morning to catch fish for your supper. |
