Festival Description	KC Fringe Festival is everything a fringe fesival is supposed to be—a variety of unique forms of human expression. Expected the unexpected—avant-garde, cutting-edge, experimental, and of course… controversial. The Festival presents dance, drama, music, spoken word, art, improvisation, and much more. The fringe is a family-affair therefore the program is rated for appropriate viewing. Please see the program guide for the rating system.
