Festival Description | Violins, fiddles, guitars, banjos, and voices buz all day on the Live Oak Stage by Books to be Red, the Howard Street Stage by the Village Craftsmen, and in Deepwater Theater. It means as much to the performers to be able to share their music with each other as it does to perform for their attentive audiences. Local favorites who have played include: Martin Garrish, Molasses Creek, Coyote, members of the Ocrafolk Opry, and their friends performed on stages all day Saturday. Over 30 artisans’ booths set up with jewelry, carvings, housewares, paintings, pottery, candy, candles, and even storage boxes covered in old Ocracoke Observers. |
