Orlando Fringe Festival
The annual Orlando Fringe is an unjuried theatre festival that takes place in Loch Haven Park. The event draws over 30,000 patrons who enjoy close to 80 shows, hundreds of pieces of visual art and dozens of kids shows during the 12-day festival. As the oldest non-juried Fringe Festival in the United States (established in 1991). The Orlando Fringe proudly provides a venue for theatrical performing artists to display their creative talent and novel performances. Staying true to the Fringe roots, all acts will remain uncensored, exposing patrons to performances ranging from mild to wild.
The Orlando International Fringe Festival is the premier springtime cultural event in Central Florida. It was voted “Best Outdoor Event” and “Best Cultural Festival” by the readers of the Orlando Weekly and encompasses more than 500 shows, the Visual Fringe, an outdoor stage with nightly concerts, Buskerfest and “The Kids Fringe Tour”.
