| Festival Description | Enjoying traditional bluegrass to the modern "newgrass," gospel music and jam sessions, at least 1,000 people attend the annual Northwest Arkansas Bluegrass Festival at the Northwest Arkansas Fairgrounds in Harrison. Stage performances, jamming sessions occur throughout the fairgrounds during the week. The jam sessions are free. The fairgrounds have a covered bleacher area or people can bring lawn chairs to set up in the arena. The grounds also have restrooms and camping facilities with electrical hookups and showers. |
