| Festival Description | The Festival begun in 1993 is always held on the second to last weekend in August. With a strong background of successful ceilidh bands, Gaelic choirs, Pipe Bands, Brass Bands and Modern and Highland dancers the Festival committee complimented this by introducing international folkand traditional acts from all over the world. |
