| Festival Description | The festival “Les Nuits de la Saoura” in Beni Abbés is a cooperation between the algerian association “Hillal La Saoura” and “Nuits Métis”. The fourth edition of the festival will take place in April 2008 (after successful cooperations in 2003, 2006, and 2007). Cultural exchange, mutual respect and an economic and artistic balance represent the foundations of this collaboration. The two associations aim to increase the collaborative exchanges among their respective regions in order to expand and consolidate the festival. |
