| Festival Description | It is Western Australia’s event of the year for lovers of the human voice. All events take place in the centre of the village with two full days and three nights of concerts and workshops featuring over 300 singers. Invitations have gone out to choirs, singing groups and other voice related performers throughout the state. The festival is well entrenched as the event on the Denmark calender not to be missed. The evenings will be full with concerts, culminating with people congregating after the events in Denmark’s many restaurants and cafés. The festival provides a welcome boost to local businesses when the town will throng with performers and audience at a time of the year when business is traditionally very quiet. Denmark is an ideal location for such an event with such a collection of excellent venues centred around the recently renovated Civic Centre. |
