Festival Description

Kilkenny Arts Festival is an annual ten-day international multi-arts festival in the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny, celebrating excellence in all art forms—classical, world, traditional music, visual art, literature, film, theatre, young people’s event and street entertainment. Kilkenny Arts Festival is committed to the presentation of leading Irish and international artists and has secured a reputation for innovation and excellence. No other Irish Festival offers Kilkenny’s unique curatorial model of programming, with eight cultural collaborators who are all leading artists and practitioners in their fields bringing a breath-taking calendar of art, music, literature and performance.
