This 5th edition of the festival includes 24 performances by 11 companies from China, Cambodia, Scandinavia, Canada, and Vermont—highlighting four puppet companies from Windham County. Produced by Sandglass Theater, performances are presented in venues, both large and small, in Putney, Brattleboro, Marlboro and Newfane, Vermont.
