Festival Description

The International Arts Carnival — the annual summer arts festival most anticipated by children, teenagers and their families — is organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department since 2000. The carnival offers an exhilarating array of fascinating programmes ranging from multimedia theatre, puppetry, music, drama, to comedic physical theatre, musical and children’s films by outstanding performers from all over the world, as well as talented local artists. A colourful array of extension activities such as workshops, free exhibitions, cultural tours, demonstrations, outdoor carnival and outreach programmes are also in line.
