Arts Presenters: Mark Russell

Mark Russell is the artistic director of the Under the Radar Festival, a two week extravaganza of exciting and experimental theater. Previously, he was also artistic director of P.S. 122 and Portland’s Time-Based Art Festival.

In this podcast Mark talks about the structure and design of UTR, the purity of voice coming from performances, and the need to continuously make the case for art in public life.
